What makes it different?
01

End-to-end operations beyond the calendar

Appointments work in the same flow as patient profiles, CRM, treatment packages, digital consent, payments, inventory and communication records. The team works from one shared context.

02

True multi-tenant architecture

Each clinic has its own boundaries for users, data, visible modules, branding, plans and integrations. Superadmin centrally manages clinics, subscriptions, support requests and platform health.

03

Privacy-focused integration

Privacy-focused text, secure dashboard links and permission checks help reduce unnecessary health-data sharing with external calendar and messaging services.

04

Infrastructure for an operational product

Plans, trials, late payments, account suspension, support and signed updates help you operate the software as a sustainable service.

Setup, scope and delivery
  • Multi-tenant application source code and existing database models
  • Platform Superadmin and clinic workspaces
  • Standard production installation documentation
  • Activation for one brand and one production installation
  • Standard remote installation and two online administrator training sessions
  • Access to updates for the current version for 12 months
  • 60 days of support for installation-related defects

The initial discussion establishes the target brand, server, domain, data migration and third-party services. After technical suitability and licence scope are approved in a written order schedule, secure installation is completed, followed by administrator training and the production checklist.

Clear scope
  • The licence permits offering user access or subscriptions to clinics under one brand and one production installation.
  • The source code itself may not be sold, rented, published in a public repository or redistributed to third parties.
  • An additional written licence is required for a second brand, an independent second production installation or transfer to a third party.
  • Source-code delivery scope and third-party component licences are defined per component in the licence schedule signed before purchase.
  • Servers, domains, SMS credits, WhatsApp/Meta conversation charges, email services, AI API usage, payment-provider fees and other third-party subscriptions are not included in the licence fee.
  • Custom design, extensive data migration, customer-specific modules and third-party application or approval processes are scoped separately.
  • PWA support allows the application to be added to a phone's home screen. It is not a native App Store or Play Store application.
  • Manual prescription and clinic document tools do not imply official integration with e-Reçete, MEDULA, e-Nabız or Sağlık.NET.
  • The software provides technical security and compliance controls. It does not, by itself, guarantee compliance with Turkish data protection law, Ministry of Health approval or legal suitability.
Who is it for?
  • Software and consulting companies that want to offer clinic software under their own brand
  • Healthcare groups managing multiple clinics or brands centrally
  • Businesses growing through a franchise or partner model
  • Technology startups building a product on ready multi-tenant infrastructure
Frequently asked questions
Can a company with a Founder Licence sell subscriptions to clinics?

Yes. Within the signed licence, the company may offer access or subscriptions to its own clinic customers through one brand and one production installation. The source code itself may not be resold or redistributed.

Is source code delivered?

Delivery scope is defined in the product agreement and the component-specific licence schedule. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. Actual secret values are not delivered; the customer generates them.

Does the software run in a browser?

Yes. It is a responsive web application that runs in current desktop and mobile browsers. It can be added to the home screen as a PWA in supported browsers.

Are WhatsApp, SMS and email free to use?

No. Integration layers are provided; provider accounts, approvals, agreements and usage charges are the customer's responsibility.

Is patient information transferred to Google Calendar?

Calendar synchronisation uses privacy-focused event text and secure dashboard links designed to avoid transferring personal health data to external services. Final configuration follows the institution's data-transfer decisions.

Does the AI diagnose patients?

No. AI features support authorised search and operations. They do not diagnose, make medical decisions or replace a health professional's assessment.

Is data migration included?

Basic migration using the standard template can be planned separately. Legacy-system analysis, data cleaning, extensive mapping and custom transformations are quoted separately.

The Orvixa approach

Orvixa provides a SaaS foundation for the entire product lifecycle, from subscriptions and support to clinic operations and secure updates. Multiple independent clinics can work on the same infrastructure without seeing each other's data.
