Clinic Management Software
A perpetual licence for clinics that want to manage patients, appointments, CRM, sessions, digital consent, finance, inventory and notifications centrally on their own server.
Estimated delivery: 24–48 hours.

Calendar entries connect to patient history, consent, packages, payments, tasks and communication preferences, creating a clinic workspace that covers more than appointment scheduling.
A production licence is provided for one institution. The application, database and files can run on the institution's chosen server. Hosting and server management are scoped separately.
Doctors, staff and administrators work within their permissions. Critical changes, access and operational actions are designed to be recorded in the audit history.
CRM, sessions, consent, finance, inventory, reporting and communication share the same data context to help reduce repeated data entry and disconnected processes.
The institution, server and required modules are agreed during the initial discussion. Data migration and integrations are scoped separately. Once the licence and delivery schedule are approved, installation, basic security configuration, administrator training and production checks are completed.
No. The licence covers one legal entity and its branches defined in the agreement. A SaaS Founder Licence is required to offer accounts or subscriptions to other organisations.
There is no monthly subscription for the software-use licence. Servers, maintenance, third-party services, custom development and updates or support after 12 months may incur separate charges.
Yes. It is a responsive web application that runs in current desktop and mobile browsers. It can be added to the home screen as a PWA in supported browsers.
No. Integration layers are provided; provider accounts, approvals, agreements and usage charges are the customer's responsibility.
Calendar synchronisation uses privacy-focused event text and secure dashboard links designed to avoid transferring personal health data to external services. Final configuration follows the institution's data-transfer decisions.
No. AI features support authorised search and operations. They do not diagnose, make medical decisions or replace a health professional's assessment.
Basic migration using the standard template can be planned separately. Legacy-system analysis, data cleaning, extensive mapping and custom transformations are quoted separately.
Orvixa Clinic Management System is a workspace with a perpetual licence, designed to keep a clinic's daily work together. It is for teams that want to run the system on their own server and keep organisational data on their own infrastructure.
