Consent statement
I freely consent to receiving commercial electronic messages about products, services, events and campaigns from ORVIXA BILISIM TEKNOLOJI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("Orvixa") through the channels I select. This choice is not a mandatory condition of any service.
Channels and records
Email, SMS and phone choices are managed separately. The time, channel, text version and verification result are recorded as evidence of consent; excessive device or location data is not retained.
Right to opt out
Preferences can be withdrawn through the opt-out channel in each message or via info@orvixa.com. Commercial messages are stopped within the processing period permitted by legislation after withdrawal. Mandatory service transaction notices are not treated as marketing.
