Withdrawal and exceptions
The withdrawal right, method, period, return costs and applicable exceptions are shown according to the actual nature of the order. Separate express requests required to begin digital-content performance or services before the withdrawal period ends are obtained only where their conditions apply. No general waiver is used.

Consumers retain the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court under the monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules applicable on the transaction date. Variable monetary thresholds are not fixed in this document.
