Distance Sales and Services Agreement
The consumer order agreement prepared according to whether the purchase involves goods, digital content or services.
Parties and subject matter
This agreement between the provider ORVIXA BILISIM TEKNOLOJI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("Orvixa") and the consumer placing the order concerns the remote conclusion and performance of the goods, digital content and/or services shown in the order summary in order the reference shown in the order confirmation, for the total price of the total including taxes shown in the order summary.
Conclusion, payment and performance
The consumer can view the order summary and pre-contract information before the final action, which is clearly identified as creating a payment obligation. An order is not considered paid until its payment result is confirmed. The delivery or performance schedule is retained in the order record. When the provider becomes aware that performance is impossible, it follows the legally required notification and refund process.
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal right and its commencement are assessed according to the product type. The consumer may give notice through a durable medium. Refunds, diminished value and costs are subject to applicable mandatory rules; general terms that remove consumer rights do not apply.
Early performance and digital content
Where service performance before the withdrawal period ends or immediate digital delivery is requested, the legally required information and express requests are presented separately through checkboxes only for the relevant cart. The consequences of full performance or the digital-content exception are explained for the specific transaction.
Records and disputes
The order-specific agreement version, content hash and acceptance record are retained in a form accessible to the consumer. Mandatory consumer complaint and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
