Customer Logo and Portfolio Use Permission
Separate permission to use the customer's name, logo and project deliverables as references.
Optional permission
The customer permits use of its trade name or brand, logo, project images, general scope summary or verified results in Orvixa's portfolio to the extent selected in the checkboxes. This permission is not required to establish the service, and each element can be selected separately.
Limits
Confidential information, personal data, unpublished products, account access and misleading performance claims are excluded. Publication channels, embargo date, attribution and prior-approval requirements are stated in the transaction record.
Withdrawal
Permission may be withdrawn prospectively through info@orvixa.com. Orvixa removes material from digital channels under its control within a reasonable period and applies reasonable mitigation for printed materials and third-party caches.
