Request contents
- Full name and sufficient contact information to identify the applicant
- Subject of the request and the relevant transaction or service
- Limited supporting information and documents, if any
- Preferred secure channel for the response

Submission
Requests may be sent to info@orvixa.com or Korkutreis Mah., Sezenler Cad., Güneş Apt. No: 1, İç Kapı No: 15, Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye using a method that permits identity verification. Using "KVKK Data Subject Request" in the email subject helps route the request.

Identity verification and response
Orvixa conducts verification proportionate to the request and risk to prevent unauthorised access to another person's data. Requests are resolved without charge as soon as possible and within the applicable legal period. If additional costs arise, only the tariff permitted by legislation is applied.
