Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation, withdrawal or refund requests may be sent to info@orvixa.com with the order number. Consumer withdrawal, defective goods or services, cancellation before performance and termination of a commercial agreement are assessed separately.

Consumer transactions

For transactions with a statutory withdrawal right, the period, commencement, exceptions and refund method follow the nature of the order. Rights concerning defective goods or services are independent of the withdrawal right. Deductions that hinder the exercise of rights or refunds exclusively through vouchers are not imposed.

Services and custom work

For services already started, the statutory withdrawal right and the consequences of performance requested by the customer are assessed separately. For non-consumer work, completed work, allocated resources and non-recoverable third-party costs may be calculated under the agreement.

Refunds

Approved refunds follow the legally required timing and the appropriate payment method. The time taken by a bank or payment provider to credit an account may be outside Orvixa's control; the transaction reference is supplied to the customer.
