Intellectual Property, Source Code and Licence Terms
Assignment, licensing, existing materials and source code distinctions in project deliverables.
Rights matrix
The work order specifies ownership, licence type, duration, territory, media, modification and sublicensing rights for each deliverable. Economic-right transfers are made expressly, in writing, with each right identified separately; an unspecified blanket transfer is not assumed.
Pre-existing elements
Orvixa's pre-project tools, components, libraries, processes and general know-how are not transferred; they are licensed to the extent necessary to use the deliverable. Customer materials remain with the customer, which grants a limited licence for the work.
Source code and third-party licences
The work order specifies source-code delivery, repository history, infrastructure definitions, exclusion of secret keys and transfer timing. Open-source and commercial third-party components are identified in a licence list; their terms remain effective.
Payment and portfolio
An agreed transfer or broader licence takes effect upon full payment. Customer names, logos or work images are not published without separate portfolio permission.
