The licence for using themes, templates, software, files and other digital deliverables.
Licence scope
Unless the product page states otherwise, the licence grants non-transferable, non-exclusive use limited to the stated number of users or projects. Ownership or all source rights are not transferred.
Prohibited use
Reselling the file on its own, sharing licence keys, bypassing protection, using unlawful content or infringing third-party rights is prohibited. Broader rights in open-source components follow their respective licences.
Updates and compatibility
Updates, support periods and compatible versions are stated in the product description. Changes to external platforms or operating systems do not create a guarantee of continuous compatibility; known critical security issues are addressed reasonably.
Digital delivery and withdrawal
If immediate digital access creates a withdrawal exception requiring separate information and express consumer consent, this is presented separately before payment. A blanket waiver is not obtained regardless of product type.
